Comme pour de nombreux cannabino\u00efdes, il y a encore beaucoup d’aspects du CBDV<\/strong> et de son m\u00e9canisme d’action que nous ne comprenons pas. Cependant, des essais pr\u00e9liminaires sur ce cannabino\u00efde nous permettent d’avoir au moins une id\u00e9e de la fa\u00e7on dont il pourrait agir sur le corps humain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Tout comme son cousin cannabino\u00efde, le CBD, le CBDV<\/strong> ne pr\u00e9sente pas une forte affinit\u00e9 pour les r\u00e9cepteurs de cannabino\u00efdes CB1 et CB2. C’est l’une des principales raisons pour lesquelles il ne provoque pas les effets enivrants<\/strong> g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9s au cannabis. Des \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent que, tout comme le CBD, le cannabidivarine<\/strong> pourrait agir sur d’autres voies chimiques<\/strong> et interagir<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re indirecte avec le syst\u00e8me endocannabino\u00efde humain<\/strong>. Par exemple, des essais cliniques<\/strong> portant sur l’efficacit\u00e9 du CBDV dans le traitement des convulsions<\/strong> et des sympt\u00f4mes de l’\u00e9pilepsie<\/strong> ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que le CBDV active et d\u00e9sensibilise les r\u00e9cepteurs TRPV1<\/strong> (\u00e9galement connus sous le nom de r\u00e9cepteurs de la capsa\u00efcine) qui jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 ressentir la douleur<\/strong> et \u00e0 percevoir la temp\u00e9rature<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

La recherche sugg\u00e8re \u00e9galement que le CBDV<\/strong> pourrait interf\u00e9rer avec l’activit\u00e9 de la diacylglyc\u00e9rol lipase<\/strong>, une des enzymes cl\u00e9s impliqu\u00e9es dans la synth\u00e8se du 2-AG, un endocannabino\u00efde naturellement produit par le corps. La cannabidivarine<\/strong> (CBDV) n’est pas pr\u00e9sente dans toutes les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de cannabis. Le CBDV<\/strong> est extrait de souches Indica<\/strong> qui contiennent des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de CBD que de THC.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Ces plantes proviennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du Pakistan, de l’Inde et du Mexique<\/strong>. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les plantes de cannabis locales sont isol\u00e9es des autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter la pollinisation crois\u00e9e, elles deviennent rares<\/strong> et difficiles \u00e0 trouver.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e en 2019 dans la revue Translational Psychiatry a examin\u00e9 le potentiel th\u00e9rapeutique du CBDV<\/strong> dans les sympt\u00f4mes du trouble du spectre autistique<\/strong>. Les chercheurs ont test\u00e9 les effets du CBDV<\/strong> sur les marqueurs du syst\u00e8me inhibiteur et excitateur du cerveau, tels que le glutamate<\/strong> et les m\u00e9tabolites GABA<\/strong>, chez des participants sains et des participants atteints du trouble autistique (17 avec autisme, 17 sans).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

*Selon les chercheurs, le <\/span>CBDV<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 pour avoir un effet sur les <\/span>niveaux de glutamate<\/strong> dans les cerveaux des deux groupes de participants. En 2013, le British Journal of Pharmacology a publi\u00e9 une\u00a0<\/span>\u00e9tude<\/a>\u00a0sur les effets du CBDV<\/strong> chez les rats<\/strong> et les souris<\/strong>. Les animaux ont re\u00e7u des extraits de cannabis riches en CBDV<\/strong> et en CBD<\/strong> \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes doses ainsi que des substances stimulantes<\/strong> pour leur faire provoquer des crises d’\u00e9pilepsie<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

L’\u00e9tude a permis d’\u00e9valuer le potentiel anticonvulsivant<\/strong> des extraits riches en CBDV<\/strong>. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la mol\u00e9cule produisait ses effets sans agir sur les r\u00e9cepteurs CB1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

En 2014, la revue ACS Chemical Neuroscience a \u00e9galement publi\u00e9 une\u00a0<\/span>\u00e9tude<\/a>\u00a0qui examinait le potentiel anticonvulsivant<\/strong> du CBDV<\/strong>. De nombreuses personnes utilisent le cannabis<\/strong> pour soulager les probl\u00e8mes d’estomac<\/strong>, les naus\u00e9es<\/strong> et les vomissements<\/strong>. Il est donc important de comprendre comment les cannabino\u00efdes interagissent avec la r\u00e9ponse naturelle du corps aux naus\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Une\u00a0<\/span>\u00e9tude comparative<\/a>\u00a0publi\u00e9e en 2013 dans le British Journal of Pharmacology a examin\u00e9 le potentiel anti\u00e9m\u00e9tique<\/strong> du CBDV<\/strong> chez des mod\u00e8les animaux de naus\u00e9es. Comme pour l’\u00e9pilepsie, les chercheurs ont provoqu\u00e9 des naus\u00e9es<\/strong> chez des rats de laboratoire en utilisant des agonistes inverses du r\u00e9cepteur CB1, puis ils ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 les effets du CBDV<\/strong> et du\u00a0<\/span>THCV<\/a>\u00a0sur les naus\u00e9es. Le CBD<\/strong> et le CBDV<\/strong> sont deux cannabino\u00efdes issus du cannabis avec une structure chimique similaire mais des diff\u00e9rences de potentiel. <\/span><\/p>\n

Concernant le <\/span>CBDV<\/strong>, GW Pharmaceuticals n’a signal\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0aucun signe de toxicit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb associ\u00e9.
